One member will win two free nights at the Hyatt Regency.
THE CONTEST
We have asked all 7 of the Guests of Honor to tell us who is their favorite author. For seven straight days we will post the name of one of the GoH’s favorite author somewhere on the official website. Each answer will only be available for a day, and then the next GoH’s favorite will be posted.
Your job is to find the answers and email us. You may only enter once a day. You can only reply on the day that specific answer is posted. Your odds of winning will increase with every answer you send us.
Starting on the week of July 1 at we will post one of the GoH’s favorite author in one of three sections of the Website. (Three of the tabs at the top of the home page).

HOW DO YOU PLAY
Just examine the website on the days the contest is running and find the daily answer. When you find it, simply email us at contest-hyatt@buffalonasfic2024.org with the answer.
RULES
- You may only enter once a day
- You can only enter a specific GoH’s answer on the day it was posted (Each answer will only be available for one day)
- Send your email to contest-hyatt@buffalonasfic2024.org using the e-mail address that is on record with the convention so we know for sure who you are.

THE WINNER
The winner will be determined using RANDOM.ORG
Everybody who has provided a correct and valid answer will have their name added to the contestant database. The more answers you provide (up to 7), the better your chances of winning. At the end of the contest, we will put the full database into Random.Org and then do a random search. The name that appears on the top of the list will be the winner.
The convention reserves the right to determine if an answer is correct and valid and any judgment made about the answers and the winner is final.
THE PRIZE
The winner will receive a voucher for 2 free nights at the Hyatt Regency in Buffalo equal to the standard convention rate.
So… be ready to hunt for the answers for your chance to win two free nights at the hotel. Remember, the more you find, the better your chances to win.
