Artist’s Alley

Got the urge to buy something? Got something to sell? Just want to see cool stuff? Grab a quick bite? Then visit the Exhibit Hall! Here you will find static exhibits about our guests and fandom, concessions, vendors, art, and autographing tables.

The Alley is for independent authors, artists, game designers, and other creatives to sell their own works. Alley vendors vary by day, so please stop by often! If you are interested in an Alley table, please email alley@buffalonasfic2024.org. Alley tables are $20 per day for a 4′ table (buy Thursday, get Sunday free!).

Art Show

The Art Show is where you will find art of all types, both 2D and 3D, in a variety of media, both originals and prints. Most of the art is for sale, so please support an artist and take some home. If you are interested in displaying your art in the art show, panels (4ftsq) or tables (4ft by 2.5ft) are $35 each. See Art Show page for details.

The Autographing tables are for you to get your books and collectibles signed by authors and artists. It’s conveniently located near our vendors. Check the program for the schedule. If you are a creative who would like to do a signing, please contact program@buffalonasfic2024.org

The Concessions are a great place to get a quick meal and meet up with friends. While there, browse our static exhibits.

Dealers Room

The Dealers’ Room is where you will find all the weird and wonderful stuff you expect at a convention, including both new and used books, jewelry, toys, games, and more. A list of vendors will be available in July. Dealer tables and booths are available. For information on vending, please visit Dealers’ Room page.

Fan Tables

The Fan Tables are for nonprofit and not-for-profit groups to inform you about other fan-related events. Some may be selling memberships or tickets to other conventions or their group. Stop by, find out stuff, and maybe pick up a ribbon to show your support. Fan tables are free for qualified groups. For information on fan tables, please email

Static Exhibits

The Static Exhibits are posters and fannish memorabilia. Fandom has a long history, and thanks to fanac.org, we can share it with you! In addition, you can learn about all of our guests here, and learn why we chose to honor them.
